The Process

Fourteen days, documented.

The 14-day launch isn't a slogan. It's a production schedule — refined across 1,847 shipped sites since 2017 — and below is exactly what your week and a half with MC2 looks like, hour by hour.

14calendar days, start to live URL 11CRO modules shipped standard 2senior leads per project, every engagement

Average client engagement: 2.3 years — more than double the 11-month industry benchmark.

Week 2, Day 12 — staging review. Every project ships through this same chair.

Chapter One

Days 1 to 3 — the work before a single line of code.

Week One is not "design exploration." Week One is a structured intake, a directional lock, and a senior set of eyes on your analytics before anyone opens Figma. By Friday of Week One you've approved the direction in writing.

  1. 01

    Day 1 — Monday · Kickoff

A 90-minute kickoff with your two senior leads.

Your assigned senior designer (7+ years experience, no exceptions) and your conversion strategist meet you on a recorded kickoff call. We walk your current site, your top three competitors, and your last 90 days of analytics. You leave the call with a shared Notion brief and a defined approval chain — usually you, plus one stakeholder.

Your time commitment: 90 minutes, Monday morning. That's it for the day.

  2. 02

    Day 2 — Tuesday · Discovery

    Conversion audit and information architecture.

Our team runs a documented CRO audit against your current funnel — traffic source, drop-off pages, form friction, page speed. We deliver a one-page conversion diagnosis and a sitemap for the new site. The audit is run by a strategist holding one of our 11 Google Analytics or 8 HubSpot certifications.

Your time commitment: A 30-minute review call Tuesday afternoon to sign off on the sitemap.

  3. 03

    Day 3 — Wednesday · Design Direction

Two distinct design directions, presented side by side.

You receive two complete homepage directions — not mood boards, not wireframes — built around the 11 CRO modules every MC2 site ships with: hero with primary offer, social proof band, FAQ, sticky CTA, and the rest. You pick a direction, or merge elements from both. By end of day Wednesday the visual direction is locked in writing.

Your time commitment: 45 minutes Wednesday evening to review and reply with your selection.

By the close of Week One you've spent roughly four hours total — and the design direction is signed off. Everything from Day 4 onward is execution.

Chapter Two

Days 4 to 14 — the production strip.

Week Two runs on a four-stage horizontal rail. Each stage has a gate — a written approval point — and an internal QA pass. You stay involved only at the gates.

  1. Days 4–7

    Build

Your senior designer translates the approved direction into full-fidelity pages in our production stack. Every site ships with Core Web Vitals in the green — LCP under 1.8s on 95% of projects, verified post-launch.

Gate: Day 7 design review, 60 minutes.

  2. Days 8–10

    Content Load

Your copy, case studies, imagery, and trust signals are loaded into the build. Our strategists shape the messaging against the same CRO framework that lifted qualified leads by 3.4x on average across 612 documented client case studies.

Gate: Day 10 content review, 45 minutes.

  3. Days 11–12

    QA & Staging

The site moves to a staging URL. We run a 47-point pre-launch checklist — accessibility, performance, forms, tracking pixels, schema, and a cross-device sweep. You receive the staging link with a written walkthrough.

Gate: Day 12 staging approval, 30 minutes.

  4. Day 14

    Launch

DNS cutover, search console submission, analytics verification, and a post-launch monitoring window for the first 72 hours. The 14-Day Launch Guarantee — design fee waived if we miss it — has shipped to 1,800+ clients since 2017.

Outcome: Live site, verified, indexed, and tracking clean.

A partnership, not a handoff

What we ask of you during the 14 days.

A two-week timeline is honest only if both sides know the deal. We compress a normal six-week engagement by working in parallel, not by skipping steps — and that means a small, specific load on your side. Here is the entire ask, written plainly so there are no surprises on Day 3.

01

One 60-minute kickoff call in Week 1.

On Monday of Week 1 we sit down with the single approver on your side for one hour. We walk through goals, audience, competitors, and the three pages that matter most. That conversation replaces what other agencies spread across three weeks of discovery calls.

02

Brand assets gathered in one place.

Logo files (SVG preferred), any existing copy you want kept, two or three photos of your team or work, and access to your current domain and analytics. We provide a shared folder and a checklist so nothing is hunted down mid-project.

03

One decision-maker, two review windows.

We send two review windows — Thursday of Week 1 for design direction, and Wednesday of Week 2 for the full build. We need written approval inside 24 hours of each window so the production team can keep moving. One approver, not a committee.

04

Thirty minutes on launch day.

On Day 14 we walk you through the live site over a screen-share, hand over the analytics and CMS credentials, and answer any final questions. After that, the team stays on for 30 days of post-launch support — included in the flat fee.

If any of that feels heavier than your team can carry, tell us on the strategy call. We will adjust the scope before the contract, not after.

The cadence, proven out

Numbers from 1,800+ launches, not promises from a sales deck.

A timeline guarantee only means something if the team behind it has actually shipped at that pace. Here is what the record shows since we opened in 2017.

1,847 Websites launched since 2017 Q1 2026 count, Austin-headquartered team of 28 specialists.
2.3 yrs Average client engagement length More than double the 11-month industry average — clients stay because the sites keep performing.
14 days Ship date, or the design fee is waived Since 2017, the 14-Day Launch Guarantee has been honored on every qualified engagement.
7+ yrs Senior-only staffing on every project Every engagement is led by a designer with seven or more years of experience. No juniors, no offshore handoffs.

The four-seat team

Who actually touches your project — and why four seniors beat ten juniors in a two-week sprint.

Four people, named on Day 1, working in parallel from kickoff to launch. Every seat is filled by a senior specialist with seven or more years in their craft. Here is what each one owns.

Senior web designer at a desk reviewing wireframes.
01 Lead Designer

Sets the visual direction and owns every page.

One senior designer, seven or more years of experience, leads the project from the kickoff sketch through final QA. They make the call on typography, grid, motion, and image treatment — and they are the person you meet on the strategy call. No handoff to a junior in Week 2.

02 Conversion Strategist

Architects the page flow that turns visitors into leads.

Before a single layout is drawn, the strategist maps the visitor journey, writes the value propositions, and selects which of our eleven pre-optimized CRO modules each page needs. The average 3.4x lift in qualified leads within 90 days of launch comes from this seat, not from the designer.

03 Performance Engineer

Keeps Core Web Vitals in the green before launch.

Every site ships with LCP under 1.8 seconds on 95% of projects, measured on real devices. The engineer runs the build from Day 1, so performance is not retrofitted in Week 2 — it is baked into the architecture from the first commit.

04 Project Lead

Runs the calendar, runs the two review windows.

Your single point of contact for the full 14 days. They send the Monday kickoff agenda, the Thursday design review, the Wednesday build review, and the Day 14 launch walkthrough. They also enforce the 24-hour approval window so the production team never sits idle waiting on a committee.
