  1. Is there a deposit, and when is the balance due?

    Yes — a 50% deposit secures your launch slot, with the remaining 50% due the day your site goes live. We invoice through HubSpot; ACH, card, and wire are all accepted. No deposit, no production start.

  2. How many revision rounds are included?

    Two structured rounds per page template are included in every tier. Round one focuses on layout and hierarchy; round two on copy and micro-interactions. Additional rounds are quoted in advance at a flat per-round fee so there are no surprises.

  3. Who owns the design files, code, and content at launch?

    You do — in full. Source files, design tokens, repository access, and CMS credentials are transferred at handoff with a signed IP assignment. We retain nothing and never reuse your work as portfolio pieces without written permission.

  4. Do I get CMS access, or am I locked into your team?

    You get full CMS access on day one. We build in Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS depending on your tier — and we document everything in a recorded Loom walkthrough so your team can edit confidently without us.

  5. What happens if the 14-day launch guarantee slips?

    The design fee is waived — in writing, since 2017. The only carve-out is client-side delays (late content, missed review windows), which we document in the project plan and extend the deadline by the exact number of days delayed.

  6. Can I cancel mid-project, and what's the refund policy?

    Yes — cancel in writing at any time. We refund the unused portion of your deposit, calculated against work completed to date at the agreed milestone rates. You keep every deliverable produced up to the cancellation point.
